Q: Hours of operation

We are open for phone sales and customer service from 8:30am-6:30pm (EST) Monday through Friday. But orders can be placed anytime on our website

Q: Foreign Orders

Pay by MasterCard or VISA, or send a check in U.S. dollars, payable on a New York bank. If you pay by a bank transfer (payable to our bank) add $25.00 to cover our bank fee (see foreign order form).

Q: Custom Made & Special Orders

Custom made and special-order items are charged to your account when the order is taken. Payment is required in advance on these items.

Q: Mail

You may mail your order with a bank check, money order or a personal check. Checks will be held for clearance before an item is shipped.

Q: C.O.D.

C.O.D shipments may be paid with a money order or bank check only. C.O.D. fee is $10.00.

Tech Questions

Q: What size sway bar do I have?

Easiest way to measure your sway bar for when you are ready to order bushings is to take an adjustable wrench and slip it over the bar and tighten it down until it just makes contact. Then remove the wrench and measure the distance in between with a tape measure.

Q: When should I fully tighten the suspension after replacing or working on my control arms, trailing arms, shackles and hanger bolts?

Tighten the bolts with the full weight of the vehicle on the ground after the suspension has been bounced up and down a few times to allow it to travel through its full range of motion.

Q: What are the advantages of running the PST tubular upper and lower vs. stock control arms on my muscle car?

PST’s tubular control arms are precision CNC manufactured, equipped with smooth operating Polygraphite bushings, heavy duty offset cross-shaft for increased camber adjustment and the need for less shims when aligning. Control arms are 100% tig welded and bolts in stock location.

Q: Will weight reduction to my vehicle affect ride height?

Yes. Any weight reduction from factory parts will affect ride height.

Q: I want to lower my car, but do not want to give up my ride quality.

Using drop spindles is the best means of lowering your muscle without sacrificing ride quality. Lowering springs can be used but are not recommended for drops past 2”.

Q: Is it necessary to have my vehicle aligned after installing a PST coil spring or coil over kits?

Yes. Any time you work on the suspension system and after adjusting the ride height, it is necessary to check and adjust the alignment of the vehicle. By lowering the ride height, some camber and toe may be affected.

Q: Do I need to lubricate Polygraphite bushings prior to installation?

It is best practiced and highly recommended that the polylube that is provided with the Polygraphite® bushings be used. Apply liberal amounts of polylube during installation. If polylube is unavailable, good quality white lithium grease can be used.

Q: Mopar Tubular Control: Determining left from right.

To identify the left and right arm place the arm in the control arm pocket. Then take note at what angle the ball joint stud is pointing. When properly placed the ball joint stud will be pointed down and angled back towards the rear of the vehicle

Q: What is the proper way to install Mopar torsion bars?

When installing PST’s Mopar torsion bars make sure to remove the upper control arm bump stop to allow the suspension to drop fully down. Also back your adjuster all the way off prior to installing into the lower control arm and anchor point.

Q: How do I determine the left and right caliper when installing your disc brake conversion.

General rule of thumb when installing any caliper during a disc brake conversion is to make sure that the bleeder faces upward to allow any air to escape when it comes time to bleed the system.

Q: What shipping options are available?

Online orders will be shipped based on the customers choice at checkout. We (do not) ship to P.O. boxes. Please contact us if you are interested in an expedited shipping on your order.

  • UPS Air Service & Federal Express are available, additional charges apply.
  • USPS delivery options avaialble, additional charges apply.
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico-Orders are shipped by UPS Air or Federal Express, additional charges will be applied.

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

We do ship outside of the USA! Foreign Shipments Including Canada-Post Office Surface, Post Office Air Mail and UPS Surface Canada A 5% Foreign documentation charge plus the actual charges for Air or Surface are added to each order.

Shipping charges must be paid in advance. Please inquire for estimated charges. The customer is responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery.

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delay can occur when the wrong address or zip code is submitted for the shipping address. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via phone or email.

During the holiday season shipping delivery may vary.

Q: Returns

All items returned must be in new, unused condition for either credit, exchange or refund. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on any items returned more than 30 days after receipt. Correctly supplied items returned within 30 days of receipt will have shipping costs deducted from the refund amount.

Return shipping costs are not refundable; return shipping is at your own risk, delivery upon shipping returned, insuring the return package may be advisable. Please complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form or contact us to initiate the process and generate the required RMA Number to include with your return.
