James here with PST, the muscle car experts. Today we will be discussing I did it steering columns for many popular muscle cars of the 60’s and early 70’s as well as trucks. What we have here is an example of one of the I did it columns, these columns were constructed in the US with the highest standard in quality. As you see here is an example of one of the unpainted steering columns. We provide steering columns either in black or unpainted so you can match it in the interior of your car.
The nice features of these columns from I did it are that in some models they are collapsible which is a nice safety feature, also with their columns bar self canceling signal as well as an eight position tilt column so if you are having a hard time driving your vehicle and you need a little extra tilt up or down this is the way to go.
The other nice thing is if you want safety they also include in their kits a flasher set-up which is key, so if you have an issue going down the road you can turn the four way flasher as many of your cars from the early 60’s and 70’s was either an option or just wasn’t available but again the key safety feature is the collapsible ability of this column.
Again we this available for GM, FORD, MOPAR as well as Truck or in street riding custom applications we can have a column built to your specification.
